#1: Escaping the Build Trap by Melissa Perri
If you read one book this year on Product Management, this should probably be the one. As a consultant, I’ve seen dozens of corporations fall into the build trap. Once you recognize the processes behind it and propose a way out of it, your own value will skyrocket.
I can’t recommend this book enough for new and experienced product people.
